You can permanently delete your account from inside Prepstellar. The deletion is irreversible and does not require you to contact support.
Delete from the app
- Open Prepstellar and go to Account.
- Choose Delete account.
- Type delete to confirm and complete re-authentication if the app requests it.
The app then deletes your Firebase account and the data linked to its user ID: synced progress and study history, profile and nickname, device registrations, AI and feature-usage counters, your community comments, and reports linked to your user ID, including the prompt and answer saved when you report a tutor response. Local user state is cleared on the device.
Aggregated or anonymous statistics and reports that cannot identify your account may remain. Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat or Prepstellar may retain transaction or tax records where required by law or their service obligations.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your Prepstellar account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop future renewals.
If you cannot use the app
Email support@prepstellar.com from the address linked to your account. Include only the information needed to identify it. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting data, and will normally complete a valid request within 30 days.
Leaving the waitlist
Email support@prepstellar.com from the address you joined with. We will remove the address and sign-up date and confirm.
Your other rights
Deletion is one of several rights you have over your data. Access, correction, portability, restriction and objection are described in our Privacy Policy and can be requested at the same address.
