There are no accounts yet. Prepstellar hasn't launched, so the only thing we could hold about you is a waitlist email address.

Leaving the waitlist

Email support@prepstellar.com from the address you signed up with and say you want out. We'll delete it and confirm. No form to fill, no "are you sure", no retention offer.

We'll do it within 30 days, and normally within a couple of days. There's nothing else to erase: we never stored your IP, and there are no cookies or analytics profiles to clean up.

When the app ships

Once Prepstellar is released, this page will explain how to delete your account and all its data from inside the app itself, in a couple of taps — as Apple and Google require, and as anyone would reasonably expect. That will include your progress, your answers and anything the AI tutor stored for you.

Until then, the address above is all you need.

Your other rights

Deletion is one of several rights you have over your data. The rest — access, correction, portability, objection — are set out in our Privacy Policy, and go to the same address.
