Privacy Policy

The short version. If you join the waitlist we store your email address and the date you joined. That's it. We don't use cookies, we don't run analytics, we don't track you, and we never sell or share your address. You can have it deleted by asking.

What we collect, and why

That is the complete list. We deliberately do not store your IP address: for a waitlist it serves no purpose, and collecting data we don't need would go against the principle of data minimisation (GDPR Art. 5.1.c).
What we don't do
- No cookies. This site sets none. See our Cookie Policy.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no pixels, no heatmaps, no third-party scripts.
- No external fonts or CDNs. Everything is served from our own domain, so no third party learns you visited.
- No selling or sharing. Your address goes to nobody. Ever.
- No profiling and no automated decisions about you.
Who can see it
Your address is stored on our hosting provider's servers, in a file that isn't reachable from the web. Our host is Hostinger International Ltd. (Lithuania, EU), acting as data processor. Nobody else has access.
How long we keep it
Until we launch and send you that one email, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If the project is abandoned, the list is deleted. We won't sit on your address indefinitely for a launch that never comes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, hand it over in a portable format, or object to our using it. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: email support@prepstellar.com and we'll delete your address.
We'll reply within one month. If you think we've mishandled your data you can complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the AEPD, or to the authority in your own country.
If you're in California
Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information, and we never have. The rest you can exercise at the same address above; we won't discriminate against you for asking.
Where your data goes
Our servers are in the EU. If that ever changes, we'll update this page before it does.
The app
Prepstellar isn't released yet. When it is, the app will have its own privacy policy covering the data it actually handles, and we'll publish it here before you can download anything. This page describes the website only.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above. If a change is significant and you're on the list, we'll tell you by email rather than hoping you re-read this page.
