These terms cover this website. Prepstellar the app isn't released yet; when it is, it will come with its own terms covering subscriptions, content and accounts.
Who we are
This site is operated by Oriol Dellà i Soler (trading as «Prepstellar»), NIF 77623436T, Barcelona 08013, Spain — see the Legal Notice. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.
What this site is
An informational page about a product we're building, plus a waitlist form. Nothing is for sale here, and no account exists yet.
The waitlist
Joining means we may email you once, when Prepstellar launches. It gives you no right to the product, no reserved price and no guaranteed access. You can leave at any time by emailing support@prepstellar.com. We may remove any address from the list at our discretion — for instance if it's obviously fake or was submitted by a bot.
No promises about exams
Prepstellar is independent study material. We don't promise you'll pass any certification exam, and nothing here should be read as a guarantee of a result. Exams are set and scored by their vendors, who decide their own content, weighting and passing marks — none of which we control.
Other people's trademarks
Microsoft, Azure, Power BI, AWS, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake and dbt — along with their exam names and codes — are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe what our courses cover, which is nominative fair use. Prepstellar is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any of them, and nothing here should be taken to suggest otherwise.
Our content
The text, design, logo and code of this site belong to us or to our licensors. The Playfair Display typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License. Video footage is licensed from Pexels. You may link to us freely; please don't copy the site wholesale and pass it off as your own.
Availability
We'll try to keep the site up, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or withdraw any of it at any time.
Liability
We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law — including your rights as a consumer, which stay intact.
Governing law
Spanish law applies. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your own courts.
Changes
We'll update the date above whenever these terms change.
